Lovely Apartment Been living in the District since December 2020. Theres been highs and lows with living here but mostly positive things. I’ve enjoyed my time living here and hope to continue doing do
I am enjoying my new home I moved in November 2024. So far staff is friendly. Most of my neighbors are quit and polite. I love that it is closed to several grocery stores and shops.
Great Place, wish rent was cheaper I've lived here for ~8 months and I really like it. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-lit. I'm always able to find a parking spot, although sometimes it can be a struggle. My only complaint is that the rent is expensive, and I pay more than my friend who has lived here longer and has a bigger room.
Love living at The District Can’t imagine living anywhere else! The complex has everything you want for comfortable living conditions. Check it out.

Awesome Place We have been living here for a year and a half and love it.. Apartments are upgraded with quartz tops and new flooring.. We have a view of the canal which we can watch boats go by and people walking the path. Proximity to 95, Turnpike or major roads is within minutes. Maintenance crew is awesome. Quickly respond to any issues or requests. Pool area and Gym are cleaned daily.. Office staff is wonderful.. Kendal is fantastic at her job... She makes us want to continue renting...

Convenient good living garage. 000 catch you taking Jordan. It’s been a nice place to call home. The neighborhood is nice and the apartments are kept up very well.
