Great place to live I like living here. Location is great, staff is nice and maintence is promt!
Awesome Place We have been living here for a year and a half and love it.. Apartments are upgraded with quartz tops and new flooring.. We have a view of the canal which we can watch boats go by and people walking the path. Proximity to 95, Turnpike or major roads is within minutes. Maintenance crew is awesome. Quickly respond to any issues or requests. Pool area and Gym are cleaned daily.. Office staff is wonderful.. Kendal is fantastic at her job... She makes us want to continue renting...

Convenient good living garage. 000 catch you taking Jordan. It’s been a nice place to call home. The neighborhood is nice and the apartments are kept up very well.
Well Run Community - I Highly Recommend The District I have lived here for two years. It is a great community with wonderful amenities. The front office staff is always helpful and any maintenance requests are handled immediately (like same day or next day at the latest).
You can’t go wrong with The District. An ideal location that suits all lifestyles. We’ve been residents for 2 years now and are approaching our third. I believe that should be testament to how much we love living here.
