Was told I could quit at anytime when signing up and I that was the first lie, I have to wait the 12 months to quit even though I wasn't told that's what I was signing for. Then I was told I would be paying the same as the crunch, BIG lie. Last I was never told about the 50$ yearly fee. This gym is nice and clean but not worth all this money and nonsense. Wish I never signed up in the first place.

My car was broken into in this location. Apparently this happens often from what the cop told me. There are signs around the parking lot saying they have surveillance, but one of the edge staff members advised me the cameras don't work. My belongings were stolen from under my seat. I feel very unsafe and will no longer be working out in this location. They will be moving to a new location so hopefully this won't happen to anyone else.

Bad experience with todays front desk staff. my guest was harassed, like you are desperate for members. Called ahead to make a reservation for my guest. No problem, just tell her to sign at the desk. Was not allowed entrance until a fee was paid, so I told them to give her a free one week trial,arrived at two, did not get to work out until 3:10 because had to wait in lounge area for someone to come out and talk to my guest to sign her up and all I wanted was a one day pass. then after I am cancelling my platinum membership, ... read more

I go to a few Edges in the area. This one is the first one I have ever went to. It has a little rougher tougher clientele and that's what I like. Over time the equipment has been replaced but they still have a couple oldies that the other edges don't have. They will be moving soon, into a much bigger and better facility and I'm sure that will bring changes. One reason I gave this edge only A 3 star is the bathroom layout. The gym is great! Only a few complaints...the heat is turned up too high. You start sweating before you start working out. The other complaint is the Tuesday yoga teacher named Deb. She was rude to both myself and my friend. Not what I expected to happen at a yoga class.

ABC billing is horrendous. They are rude and when they don't want to fix a mistake in billing they just put you on hold and never come back. They did not present my credit card for my February payment on time. Later in the month they presented for the monthly payment and late fee. My credit card company will not pay. The matter is in my credit card company's fraud department now. ABC won't back down. I can't go to the gym now. I was in here last night, parking is very limited. You can barely walk through this gym because it is so crowded and there are always people standing around chatting in the way. Supposedly there is a firm no cell phone use policy but I was on a treadmill next to a guy chatting away and nobody that works there will address this.
