I cancelled my membership in March of 2020 when Covid hit. I emailed them and left them a voice message as their centers closed down. They say they never received my messages and continue to harass me for money they believe to be owed them. I moved out of stated and even told them this a second time that I cancelled this.

I don't even want to give this business one star. They rip you off by charging a monthly fee and an annual fee. I asked that they discontinue charging my cc for my daughters membership and they refused, saying she needed to come in and cancel. Once she did that a month later, they told her she needed to send an email to cancel. After 7 years as a member with the mid level membership that allowed me to take all Group X classes, you changed rules in the middle of my current membership year. I can no longer reserve a spot in Pilates class. The only Group X classes I take. I do nothing else in the gym. You gave no notice. You did not grandfather my membership. Shame on you. I’m so disappointed in a gym I once loved.

Read Before You Sign Up . I give zero stars for the corporate. and for the childcare manager, Bella. even zero feels too much for them. They've ruined this gym's reputation, they don't know how to manage, and they show zero respect for members. Their neglect and silence are shameful. this gym has the worst corporate l have ever seen. It's been years since I've had a membership at this gym. I have asked multiple times to be removed from their marketing list as I continue to receive emails. The link on their website to unsubscribe does not work. You're prompted to contact the company to update your subscription preferences. When you call the gym location, someone just takes your name and number. At this point it's harassment. Isn't there laws to protect consumers from stuff like this?

This business needs to be shut down NOW. They confirmed a family member’s membership was cancelled and still charged them and are requesting documentation of change of address (which they provided) or a medical report. They lost their job and cannot afford this membership. CRUEL AND SEEMS ILLEGAL!!!

I cancelled mine and sons memberships Yey showing cancellation pending Mine is still active Oct 7 was the end of contract Yey edge fitness is steady takin out or try too I contacted the email and gym manager to cancel it Toati fraud and ripping ppl off Have to call my bank to block them now and possible reversal any money taken that wasn’t supposed to be

This is worst gym i ever been, i wanted to end my contract and i sent them the email by end of our contract which was end of july but they kept pending and charged me for 2 additional months for august and September just to charge maintenance fee for another year which I already end my contract with them. I want refund 150 dollars.

I threw up on the machine once and was forced to clean it because the cleaning lady wasn't available. Super gross. Summer was asking way too many personal questions. Please do yourself a favor and don't ask people where they work and live or expose your family secrets. I feel like I got violated around her. I'm done letting things slide at this disrespectful gym cause. She's a little unprofessional and too close for comfort, not to mention invasive. Don't know her at all, this is what I observed.
