Staff very unhelpful and a few instances where they were passive aggressive. Over crowded at all times of day. 3rd party billing to trap you into things you can't use. Sure is pretty tho

The music is extremely loud here and management has not addressed the issue. Instead of a relaxing workout you are subjected to hearing loud bass, loud rock loud rap loud pop, loud everything. I thought this was Edge Fitness and NOT Club Fitness. Turn the music DOWN! Update: Management reached out and said they fixed the volume control.

Sauna is literally always broken and when it's not, they have TVs inside the sauna playing at full volume so it is impossible to relax at all. Also the overcrowding is truly insane.

Was really looking forward to making this my home gym- after a year as a member I can safely say the management, staff, and over crowding has shaped my negative options towards this establishment. I didn't have any reason to finally cancel my membership until I was sexually harassed by a front desk worker who made blatant comments about my body publicly. Employees and members are encouraged to bring matters to our attention at any time, without fear of any adverse action being taken against them for doing so. DO NOT go here. They sneak a $55 annual "equipment maintenance" fee that is buried in their year-long contract. They don't let you cancel unless you have a doctor's note or are military, and the staff at the front desk are either rude or unable to help. This is a poorly operated fitness club with even worse management. Enter at your own risk.

Great gym, terrible customer service. The manger and the staff need to get on the same page because the staff will treat you like shit and then say "it's not me, it's my manager man"
This place is terribly ran. Their management and employees are incredibly rude and inconsiderate. I was denied at the door just because of my age. I went to the gym with 2 of my 17 year old friends. We wanted to get in a good lift because our school gym was closed. When we walked in with my friends dad, he is already a member, we were denied because we were "too young to lift safely". They told me I had to either move, be in the military, become disabled or DIE. They literally told me I had to die to get out of my contract. The company they finance through ABC told me to call The edge fitness, which I did to begin with and I've called shrewsbury location 3 times and not once has a manager returned my call . I asked the finance company how much can inpay to get out of it and told me there is no price I cannot get out of the contract ever. Not ever. Gym is nice but canceling a membership is ridiculously hard. Yes I'm in an agreement and reached out to cancel because we now have a 1 income and we can't really afford it now. But seems like they don't really care.
