DO NOT go here. They sneak a $55 annual "equipment maintenance" fee that is buried in their year-long contract. They don't let you cancel unless you have a doctor's note or are military, and the staff at the front desk are either rude or unable to help. This is a poorly operated fitness club with even worse management. Their predatory sales tactics will fool anyone and they won't care to fix anything. Enter at your own risk.
Signed up online, September1,2022,Greenwich location, took tour was shown the floor was told well this is it. No walk through one level tight packed with pople. Please do not start a membership, this corporation is very money hungry & purposely make it difficult for you to quit so they can squeeze more money out of you. Terrible management. And the employees/management have a terrible communication service. I pay for a one month training session. I told my trainer I’d like to cancel & he told me to let the front desk know.
