This gym is not for everyone. Management does not care about concerns of customers. Staff is indifferent. Make sure you ask questions when signing up as their "free" month and "no money down" memberships really are not. You will pay your ANNUAL up to $50 membership fee just 3 months into your no money down membership. Do not like the "gym elite" atmosphere. Now stuck paying for a year for a gym I don't even like going to. Don't be fooled by flashy and new.
Absolute jerks. I joined for the Cherry Hill Club, but attended this one while waiting for Cherry Hill to open. They refused to make accommodation for my autistic son who had difficulty with his anxiety in the kids club. I provided him with an iPad and he was more than happy to sit in a corner and be on his iPad while I got my workout and his older brother enjoyed the kids program. This place is corrupt! I will never do business with them ever again nor would I recommend them. Initially I was sent a contract that was different than what we discussed over the phone. I called and verified the error and was advised another contract would be sent to me. After never receiving the contract they started taking payments from my account so I decided to start going to workout. It looks good but is really a fitness chuckie cheese. Kids were swarming around the front desk shake bar. Their parents were just chatting like it's a bar also. Many shreks (typical slightly overweight crew cut men) just stood on treadmills talking while wearing a lot of cologne. I just want to run and lift and not have a mall experience.
