RecommendedThe staff was very friendly and the ER was very clean. I was expecting a long wait with small rooms, but was pleasantly surprised with spacious rooms. They are very well equipped. My daughter had a foot injury that was x rayed, placed in a foot boot, and full demonstration of how to use her crutches. I had my youngest daughter with us that they did not mind. I would recommend it to others and return back. Thank you! Patient coordinator Keith, radiology tech Tem, nurse Frank, and our doc Dr. Spritz!

RecommendedI want to thank Dr. Huff, Nurse Nathan, Radiology Tech Tem, and Patient Service Coordinator Roxann. Their professionalism, knowledge, and patient care saved my wife’s life. Upon arrival to The Emergency Center, she was seen immediately, several tests were made, blood work, and CT Scan. Dr. Huff quickly decided to transfer her to Brook Army Medical Center, San Antonio, Texas. That decision proofed to be life saving. Thank you all so much. God bless this awesome team of medical professionals.

RecommendedThis has been our families preferred location to receive urgent/emergent care! The staff is great, professional and caring. The facility is very clean and accommodating. Equipped with X-ray/cat-scan/lab/pharmacy/23h observation and transfer if needed. They accept Tricare prime which is a plus considering it’s been hard to get appointments on base/post. RecommendedI visited this center last month in extreme pain. When I walked up to the counter and explained what I was experiencing, the patient service coordinator, Anthony, let me know I needed to fill out some forms and he would help get me situated. Immediately I was thinking about all the forms I would need to fill out, etc., while in pain. I was surprised to see that it wasn’t as daunting as I was expecting.
