I halfway don’t want to give them a good review because I don’t want their waiting room getting clogged up. 🤣 I had a forehead laceration that definitely needed professional treatment. From the time I walked through their door until the time I was out was 45 mins, an hour tops. Quickest healthcare I’ve ever received. Just amazing work.
This is the only ER that I trust. My family is always given the staffs full attention. They are very professional and make sure that every test or image is taken. My in-laws we’re visiting the United States from another country. My wife and I are from another state and we took my in-laws to Texas to see some sites in another state. Needless to say on our last day, we were in San Antonio and my father-in-law was having complications from pneumonia that he had developed over the course of the trip. Thank you to the extraordinary staff who got me right in and took care of me when I was on the verge on an appendectomy: Dr. Styskal, Yvette RN, Veronica RT, Leslie PSC. Everyone was especially professional and empathetic.
The staff was very friendly and the ER was very clean. I was expecting a long wait with small rooms, but was pleasantly surprised with spacious rooms. They are very well equipped. My daughter had a foot injury that was x rayed, placed in a foot boot, and full demonstration of how to use her crutches. I had my youngest daughter with us that they did not mind. I would recommend it to others and return back. Thank you! Patient coordinator Keith, radiology tech Tem, nurse Frank, and our doc Dr. Spritz!
My young daughter was so nervous going in but the staff and dr were so kind to her, helped calm her and were very thorough with her care. I would highly recommend. Thank you Keith, Max, Ken and Dr. Huff! Y’all were great!
