If i have to see a doctor fast, The Emergency Center in San Antonio Alamo Ranch is the place to go! My wait time is extremely minimal and the staff is always friendly and professional. I used to go to the “other” place down the road but had an awful experience. The Emergency Center is always on point! Thank you Kenneth, Lauren, Tim, Yvette, and Dr. Whitford.

Debbie upfront in the reception area and staff provided me with Excellent service! I was seen within 5-10 min and everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. They addressed all my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend them and if I ever need an emergency center again you bet this is the place I will be going too.

This facility was more than I had hoped for. From the front desk (Alexia) to discharge Nurse (Josh) including Dr. Ken S.; the entire process was precise, attentive, smooth and efficient. The last time I experienced this type of service was during triage in the military. Everyone at the ER here was professional and very considerate of my situation. Our staff for tonight's visit was Mercedes, Tem, Yvette, and Dr. Spitz. Our visit was awesome! We walked in were attended immediately, the admin part took 2 minutes, literally, then we were shown to a room immediately. The staff were extremely professional and courteous, as well as friendly. They were comprehensive in their tests and left nothing to chance. I highly recommend this center. Thank you to all the staff for a job well done.

I had a great experience here. Everyone was kind and efficient. All the paperwork was explained, they explained the test to my son who was really nervous, and gave us all the information we needed to return back to school. Thank you Keith, Karla, Belinda, and Dr. Erdner.
