I’ve been to the Baptist Neighborhood Hospital and Christus Santa Rosa hospital. So far, The emergency Center is the hospital I recommend. It was not crowded, the staff was friendly, and I was in and out quickly.

Embarrassed to admit but I’m accident prone and I’ve been to the Emergency Center at Alamo Ranch 3 times in 3 years. I always get seen quickly. The staff is amazing. The doctors care for their patients. My insurance covers most of the cost. Only downside is they don’t offer loyalty rewards for someone that is a frequent patient like me. LOL I highly recommend The Emergency Center over TMC.

The whole staff is absolutely amazing!!! Always a warm greeting when you walk in the door, the doctors are very thorough and kind, as well as very friendly nurses!!
