I’ve been to the Baptist Neighborhood Hospital and Christus Santa Rosa hospital. So far, The emergency Center is the hospital I recommend. It was not crowded, the staff was friendly, and I was in and out quickly.
Excellent experience. Knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive staff. Short wait time. Not crowded. Clean.
The entire staff is amazing. I was seen promptly and they took the time to diagnose my issue. I would recommend to any one who needs immediate care.
Embarrassed to admit but I’m accident prone and I’ve been to the Emergency Center at Alamo Ranch 3 times in 3 years. I always get seen quickly. The staff is amazing. The doctors care for their patients. My insurance covers most of the cost. Only downside is they don’t offer loyalty rewards for someone that is a frequent patient like me. LOL I highly recommend The Emergency Center over TMC.
