RecommendedThis was my second visit to The Emergency Center on Alamo Ranch Parkway, the experience was exceptional. The doctor and staff were very nice. I was taken back immediately and checked immediately. The entire visit lasted 2 hours, that long because I required 20 stitches. I was numbed up so I didn’t feel a thing. I was given specific directions to follow. Also, a follow up to remove the stitches. All in all, a good experience except for the stitches.

RecommendedI’ve been to the Baptist Neighborhood Hospital and Christus Santa Rosa hospital. So far, The emergency Center is the hospital I recommend. It was not crowded, the staff was friendly, and I was in and out quickly.

RecommendedEmbarrassed to admit but I’m accident prone and I’ve been to the Emergency Center at Alamo Ranch 3 times in 3 years. I always get seen quickly. The staff is amazing. The doctors care for their patients. My insurance covers most of the cost. Only downside is they don’t offer loyalty rewards for someone that is a frequent patient like me. LOL I highly recommend The Emergency Center over TMC.
