I was in town to visit my son and had to go in for an infection. From the front desk to the exam room they were friendly and professional. I got right in and out in less than 30 minutes. Walked next door with prescription and was on my way.
They take you back very quickly. You don’t have to wait long. They tell you the price ahead of time and that’s the price. Dr Gregory knows her stuff.
Going to the emergency room is never fun, but I had a great experience here. It was fast, professional, and friendly. The NP listened intently and took my concerns, seriously. They did the testing necessary to diagnose my problem and prescribed treatment with an explanation for everything in between. I was in and out in less than two hours. I will return for any future emergent needs. Special shout out to nurse practitioner, Barbara Blow, for showing me my CT scan results and explaining what we were looking at
I really appreciated the follow up call on 8/2 and the person I spoke with said to come back if things got worse. I was glad to know I could do that.
Exceptional experience all around! Went in and there was literally no wait, everyone was so kind and really showed compassion. They kept me well informed and answered all my questions along the way. What a godsend to the neighborhood!
Dr. Williams was very friendly and listens to me explain my symptoms. Took time to treat me and explain what she was prescribing to me at the of my visit.
Very prompt, thoughtful, thorough and after two weeks of trying to feel better on my own….their help was the ticket and I felt better within 24 hours and then nearly 100% after 48 hours!

Very quick simple intake process, with payment made up-front for convenience. Courtesy and professionalism of staff was outstanding and staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
