RecommendedAbsolutely loved our stay! We learned so much and met some amazing people. I was able to gain insight into myself and found strength to begin working on the parts of me I wanted to change. What a beautiful place and experience!!! I just returned from Visiting during Spiritual Renewal Week. I cannot express in words how much I recommend the Expanding Light Retreat. If you want to recharge both spiritually and physically this is the ideal place. Yoga and Meditation sessions are spectacular, every session I walked away feeling energized and spiritually charged. I recently returned from visiting The Expanding Light Retreat during Spiritual Renewal Week. I highly recommend visiting to immerse yourself in the high vibrations of this incredible place. I have come away feeling deeply invigorated with divine energy and inspiration. It was truly a gift for my soul to experience.
I love this place! I would like to make at least a yearly visit here to refresh my heart and soul and to continue to deepen my connection to the divine. The staff are warm and nurturing, the classes are wonderful, the environment is lovely, the food is fantastic. My yoga teacher and I loved the grounds and staff. The Sadhana practice can be improved but the vibe of the village is very fulfilling. Come even for a day trip. I would live there but it is not my brand of spirituality. Breath!!!!
Life changing. Highly recommend. Excellent and enjoyable way to learn how to meditate and spiritualize your life.
