I have hosted a couple of events for my clients at The Expanding Light including a retreat which focused on Meditation & Prayer and the positive energy there made it the perfect setting. Learnt Energization exercises 6years back & i do it regularly... the best gift Master has given us. They are such wonderfully put together. My yoga teacher training in Ananda Yoga has only further reinforced the importance of the EE. I am very grateful to the Divine for this journey
