Verified Renter The office management is unprofessional. When I first moved in they was telling me I couldnt move in cause they didnt do the paperwork in time. Then manager was asking for paperwork that I already submitted when I first moved in. Then the office was saying that I didnt pay rent which I did. So, in all its really unprofessional.
Verified Renter My previous year's living here were good. Now the building has really gone down, the current management sucks, cleanliness, security limited hours, packages being stolen and different type of residents.

Flamingo Tenant for 4 years Management is incompetent and not helpful. The building has serious plumbing issues and occasionally has roaches, mice and bed bugs. DON'T waste your time, go elsewhere.
DO NOT RENT After speaking with the rude staff regarding the availability of an apartment in their complex they informed me that I needed to provide income verification. after the information was provided I was told that the information was invalid. I've never had an issue with getting approved for an apartment. after calling corporate i was told that my information was fine. however the property manager would still not accept my information.
I do not recommend this apartment I have a hard time believing the other two reviews on here are for real. I have now lived here for a few months. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone and I truly regret ever moving here. I saw some negative reviews online about this building but because it seemed nice when I visited I had ignored the reviews. I completely regret it. I have had nothing but problems.
