Verified Renter I have lived at The Flamingo for over a year, and I have had a really pleasant experience. It's pretty quiet in my unit, so I don't hear a lot of noise from my neighbor's apartments, which is something I've commonly dealt with in other buildings. I also love the maintenance crew here. They're always so friendly and really quick at fulfilling service requests. I moved here for many reasons--the pool, the lake access, the price--and I definitely do not regret it.

Verified Renter When I first moved in I was very happy here Maintnance was done in a timely manner I had no complaints. However over the last few years management had changed numerous times and the quality of service had gone down. My biggest issue is that these apartments were advertised as luxury but yet the interior especially the kitchen counters and cabinets as well as in the bathroom and floors are made of extreamly cheap material and deterioration happens but at least in the past the building refused to fix it unless ... read more

I Love My Place! I just moved in and so far my place has been great, it's an older building and it's in the city, so yes, it has it's issues but nothing that has made me regret my decision. Pros: Maintenance comes within the day and fixes anything you need. The neighborhood is safe and well lit.
