Verified Renter Great viewing of the Lake Michigan and walking distance to the lake. Good also walking to the bus and stores.

Laundry machines are perpetually out of order The entire laundry room has been out of order for more than a week. I have almost never seen a day when all the machines are in working order. Most often, there are only one or two machines working. The radiators sometimes sound as if someone is hitting the pipes with a metal hammer at full strength, in the middle of the night, and I would not be surprised if the sound level violates the Chicago noise ordinance. Verified Renter The building was ok when I moved in here in 2019. But a year later, the caliber of people that had moved in is horrible, the marijuana smell in the hallways and there needs to be new washers and dryers in the laundry room. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend anyone here.

Poor communication, also bedbugs I’ve experienced many minor issues, name not being added in the call box for months, reporting washers and dryers as malfunctioning, trying to get the alarm to stop when someone opens the fire escape door in the middle of the night wherein I had to make repeated efforts to call and/or email before anyone acknowledged and sometimes resolved the issue. Terrible. As soon as I had an appointment for today, the front desk opened the door and the odor of marijuana was so strong that my father and I just turned around and walked away. Would not want to be associated with that.
Verified Renter The office management is unprofessional. When I first moved in they was telling me I couldnt move in cause they didnt do the paperwork in time. Then manager was asking for paperwork that I already submitted when I first moved in. Then the office was saying that I didnt pay rent which I did. So, in all its really unprofessional.
Verified Renter My previous year's living here were good. Now the building has really gone down, the current management sucks, cleanliness, security limited hours, packages being stolen and different type of residents.

Flamingo Tenant for 4 years Management is incompetent and not helpful. The building has serious plumbing issues and occasionally has roaches, mice and bed bugs. DON'T waste your time, go elsewhere.
DO NOT RENT After speaking with the rude staff regarding the availability of an apartment in their complex they informed me that I needed to provide income verification. after the information was provided I was told that the information was invalid. I've never had an issue with getting approved for an apartment. after calling corporate i was told that my information was fine. however the property manager would still not accept my information.
