Verified Renter I enjoy living at the flamingo. The building is located perfectly within walking / biking distance to my favorite Hyde park shops and restaurants, management is friendly, professional and kind, my neighbors and building community are kind, and the convenience of having a gym and 24 hour laundry room cannot be beat, especially in winter.

Verified Renter I have had some bad experience at Flamimgo,my first year was very good.The second year my apartment flooded from my toliet,no one cleaned my rugs or my furniture. Every time there was a water flood in your hallway downstairs I called you all because I was on my way to work from your bathroom in the lobby. No matter where I lived I have always been a good tenant. Never had any problems.

Verified Renter I have been a resident of Flamingo for 15 years, and with regrets, due to health and age, I will be moving in with family soon. However, before I go I want to say that my overall experience has been so rewarding. Specifically, the Flamingo has hit the jackpot with it's present leadership Passion, and her supervisory team Jennifer, and Kevin. Verified Renter Property is nice. Great location and views from the apartment units. Staff is friendly and attentive. Cleaners always present in the lobby cleaning the property. Older building but over all very nice.

Verified Renter Apartments are nice, big, great views. Leasing office are professionals and on site so its convenient when you need things done. Cleaning lady is in every morning at 7am so thats a relief to know the property is being cleaned often. Door staff could be more professional.
