Flowers were dry and old
The flowers were unimpressive. There were several stems with no flower attached. Was not a nice vase.

The gentleman that delivered my flowers pulled them out of hid trunk. They were so dry and scruny looking. It's sad.

I hate to complain- but I thought paying extra would have gotten something a lot bigger. I was very disappointed when I saw the arrangement. I know it’s hard to tell in a picture - I feel what we received was very minimal. Plus they only lasted a couple days, as if we were sent flowers that were almost dead before they left the store.

I received a message that the package had been delivered to my property and I have cameras knowing that it wasn't 2 hours later guy shows up

Never received my delivery from you guys. When I reached out you stated you were gonna do a check on why and came back to me and said the same thing. I asked for a refund of either another delivery and was given nothing back, after paying for the order and receiving nothing at all.

Delivery was requested after 6:30 pm so someone would be home. Delivery happened in the morning ib Texas heat. Delivered to neighbors. I told Delivery driver it was wrong address but they ghosted me. Purchaser listed wrong address.
