Alas, I'm in the market to move again and upon reflection of apartments past (about 10 in the past few years if you count my moves to CA and FL), I've realized that Hamilton Company was one of the good eggs in my moving/living basket. I lived in one of their properties (South End) less than 2 years ago and they are definitely on the top 3 list of landlords "on their game". The only reason these guys are getting three stars is because the first year I lived in my apartment they were pretty good. Usually when I would call, they would be over within a few hours to fix whatever was wrong, they let me renegotiate the terms of lease when I resigned it, and the apartment was a good size for the price and location. Then year two rolled around. Now it's pulling teeth to get them to do anything. Regardless of how many times I call, things are seldom fixed in my apartment.
