I have never been treated and spoken to worse by a company! I was parking in the Winslow parking lot in Brookline and had arranged with Christina to receive guest parking stickers every month to allow my boyfriend to park in the spot occasionally to save me the walk from his apartment. I lived in their property on harvard square for a year. All i can say is, the people at the office are well meaning and generally sound like they want to do their work. but the SUPER is SUPER lazy and WILL NOT get anything done for days. it took 2 months to get somethings fixed in the kitchen and bathroom done. the kitchen roof was not fire proof and ortiz tried convincing us that it was. the company changed it. bottomline: do not move here unless you have patience for an extremely lazy and inefficient, ineffective super.
