Customer service folks are very helpful and responsible with matter such as access control and web support. They are very quick to respond I like them a lot.

The Helsing Group recently provided our building with a great service in a weekend emergency. Some car broke a garage doors, a few hours later a crew sent by Helsing fixed it and left it as good as new. Awesome and thank you.

Our association manager is wonderful- helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and understanding of the Boards time constraints. On occasion when arguments have come up in meetings he has handled these very well, even when some of us start to feel uncomfortable with how the conversation is going.

So far I am satisfied with our new management services from Helsing. I feel that the manager will be a good asset to our HMO/ She is well prepared to handle our Board Meetings and clearly our governing documents and policies in advance. I know we made the right choice.

WOW! Simply Great. This company is professional competent and responsive in all levels. They only use managers that can meet the same standard - their rejects always seem to end up working for some "also ran" company and seem to be taunted as "more experienced". Having had one hired and one fired let me tell you Mr Helsing does not keep up with incompetence.

The Helsing Group recommended a utility audit which saved us $10,000 a year. Their proactive approach to issues helps us as a board stay ahead of the power curve. Our previous manager basically just took notes.

I got a briefing on their internal controls! Awesome. The behind the scenes protections they have to protect our association (all the associations they manage, actually) fraud are extensive. While not low cost management company- they’re the best value I have seen.
