I reported a trip and fall. Safety cones were out within a few hours and contractor was repairing the side walk within a week. Great response time given the fact the HOA managers need to get Board approval on many of these things before they can act.
Their customer service people are so responsive. Really great. Thank you for all your help.
Management has always been very responsive to my questions and concerns. I have been very impressed with the manager, and the assistant manager who attended our last few meetings as well. Even if an item was brought up and no one answered it yet, they would take a note to follow up.
I would strongly recommend Helsing Group. They were all we could hope for and more. They were always very responsive whenever we contacted them and helped reassure us that everything was being handled properly.

Very Hard Working – Our account manager and assistant manager are both professional and responsive to any questions posed during the meetings or correspondence in between meetings.
