The Best Around – I've had the best experience around, their plain Awesome! They know how to manage all of there associations and protect to the fullest degree. There the best around, Period....
High Standard – This company's responsiveness is unsurpassed. Their standard of homeowner issues being resolved within four hours, and being able to show us it happens, has got to be hard to match. As a board member, it is nice not to have to accept the "they don't respond" complaints we had previously.
WOW! Simply Great. This company is professional competent and responsive in all levels. They only use managers that can meet the same standard - their rejects always seem to end up working for some "also ran" company and seem to be taunted as "more experienced". Having had one hired and one fired let me tell you Mr Helsing does not keep up with incompetence.

My advise, stick with Helsing! The grass is definitely greener on the other side! there's many other companies that will try to scam you. Will not put any names but please beware.
They re the best value I have seen! – I got a briefing on their internal controls! Awesome. The behind the scenes protections they have to protect our association ( all the associations the manage, actually) fraud are extensive. While not low cost management company- they re the best value I have seen
excellent service – I like it that they provide a feedback form for me to make sure I was satisfied after every customer service call or e-mail. While the service I have received has always been excellent, the fact that they want to know is refreshing.
professional! – These guys are truly professional. More importantly, they know how to make being a Board Member a pleasure and not a chore!
helpful! – It is really helpful to have complete board packets well before the meeting so I can come prepared. That is a new one for us!
