I've been living here for two years and it is not a good situation although I will say it has improved in the last couple months. We moved in because it was cheap, $2350 a month for a 2bd/2 bath in DTLA. So dealing with the street noise from single pane windows, the low quality appliances and kitchen cabinets, the ridiculously loud air conditioner that makes everyone just stop talking until it shuts off was fine. Even the poor unit layout and kitchen that doesn't have any drawers large enough to fit one of those silverware... read more

Thw apartments are nice and well built and the building is very nicely kept. However, the layouts of some of the lofts are not ideal and awkward. Additionally, there is no dog area so you have to walk down the street to a park. If you have an interior facing loft then expect an ugly view of metal. But there was great natural light. The building also has no parking so you have to park next door which isn't cheap or that secure. The neigh proof is also not great and filled with homeless and urine smells. A nice perk was th... read more

It's ok Logan. No need. All I hear are excuses on your reply and if you scroll down to most of your reviews. Majority of them are complaining about the same thing. But thank you for replying. Regards.

Super hard to contact management team, no reply, no answer phone, no walk in visit, no make an appointment. I was interested in this apartment as my next home. I emailed them to make an appointment for tour. They didn't reply back two days. I called them, and the guy in management team said, leasing consultant would be contact me. However, I did not get any call. I called again, got same answer. Eventually, nobody contacted me. Eventually, I went there to try walk-in tour, but none of them in leasing office. I left my inf... read more

Do not live here! Worst experience of my life. Cockroaches, noisy homeless people constantly shouting throughout the night and a terrible leasing office.. Even though its the heart of downtown the area is disgusting and does not feel like 'home'. Whatever you do, do not go through KANIKA if you are trying to get approved for an apartment. She is a joke and does not do her job. DONT MOVE HERE. !

The building is beautiful and the gym is clean. However, after a VERY difficult time communicating with office staff, I decided to rent elsewhere. After applying my application was flagged and I was encouraged to lie about my monthly income in order to meet the requirement of 3x the monthly rent; a fact which was not mentioned when I viewed the building. Watch out for the online qualification that automatically charges you the $300 deposit whether or not you're approved. It charges you based on application time and not a... read more

I typically don't write reviews but I moved in April 11th 2015 and I moved out April 12th 2015. It did cost me the remainder of the lease and the management company decided to charge me for a 1 month penalty for breaking the lease after 1 night but I must admit it was totally worth it. I knew downtown is noisy but understand between the car alarms going off right behind the building the trash trucks between midnight and 6:00 AM, car horns, music, homeless people shouting and screaming, drunk people shouting, police sirens,... read more

Everything about this place is terrible. I'll update my review after I leave, which will be as soon as possible. I have only resided here since Sept 2014, and I'm already moving.
