I had a catalytic converter stolen within a week of moving. Stay away!! The good - the apartments themselves are okay, lots of storage space and not dirty. It's not ghetto or anything. Short Pump location is convenient. The bad - either there are criminals living in this complex or living nearby. Somebody saw my prius in the parking lot and decided to steal my catalytic converter. Not worth!! The apartment is not worth the rent you pay. The appliances are old. You won’t get a good night sleep if you stay in the first floor.The bone of the building is so weak even if some one walks in the floor above, you hear it is so loud . I paid more to get an apartment in the first floor but that only gave me more discomfort. On top of that, they just sent me lease renewal notice hiking my rent by $110 monthly . Terrible!!!
Families play in... (Verified Renter) Families play in the street and often don?t move when cars come. The fire alarm goes off when making toast (anything triggers it), due to being on the first floor and all the rain we had a bad bug problem, the dryer doesn?t dry our clothes, no one cleans up after their dog, and kids play with balls that bounce off the cars all the time.

I can only... (Verified Renter) I can only recommend for the location of the community and how quiet and peaceful it was. I rarely heard noise from below me. However, see extensive comments left on other questions on why I would not send others here
Not friendly Not friendly at all. Renewed lease and auto payment was deleted from the site. Now charging me late fees - guess how much? 200$

Gated community but... (Verified Renter) Gated community but the gates rarely worked. Apartments were outdated compared to other apartment communities in the area (no granite, hardwood floors, etc.)
Beware of thieves Good place to live. I liked the community but recently a lot of theft is happening. I parked my bike in the patio and I I didn't locked it thinking it's a safe place but somebody stole it.. This is the first incident. A month later I went to a friends place in the apartment complex and parked my toddler bike near the steps as I cannot take it upstairs. When I went back to get it my bike is gone??
