I would highly recommend Kris Shipley. I was fortunate to have a mutual friend that recommended Kris when I was looking for an agent to assist with buying a new home. Kris was very attentive to what I was looking for from our first meeting. She worked with me to arrange visits to homes after hours and weekends. Kris was always looking for the "wow" factor in my reactions to see if we had found the right place for me. We located my new home and Kris was there through closing to assist me.
Mary Bauer was highly recommended and she lived up to her reputation and exceeded my expectations. I am a first time home buyer, and Mary made me feel very comfortable. She walked me through the process every step of the way. Marla Jones is simply, PHENOMENAL!!! Very professional, courteous, respectful and on top of her job. Marla knows her job very well but she's also a very honest individual. If Marla does not know the answer to your question, she will tell you, "I do not know this" but... she will find it out for you in one way or the other, and in a timely manner.
