My experience was amazing. Being that my wife and I was first time home buyers Dave Caplan took the time to go over the entire home buying process. He always kept us informed throughout the process. He was always available if we had questions or concerns and he always made sure we was aware of what was going on. Through it all, we found an amazing house. I want to thank Patrice for helping me make my dream of "island living" a reality. She was very patient. I found her on Zillow in 2016 and made contact because I wanted to get a look around while visiting. She didn't have to agree but she did. It helped me narrow down the communities I'd consider. Vance is truly a wonderful Realtor who became a friend. My husband and I were lucky to find such a dedicated and talented agent. He was always on board to take us out to see up to 6 or 7 homes in a single day or 15 in a weekend. His guidance on certain areas was so beneficial since we were looking for our forever home. Melinda was great! She helped me sell my home in the desired timeframe, was extremely responsive and pleasant to work with, and was always on top of things so that I did not encounter any problems and the sale went smoothly. She went above and beyond my expectations and even handled things while I was out of the country on vacation. I would definitely recommend her!

Had a positive, quick, efficient home selling experience with Nancy Nolet. We moved out of state and trusted Nancy with putting our house on the market through the sales and closing period all the way to settlement. No worries, knowledgeable and proficient.
