Josh, likes to think outside of the box. Some realtors just list a property and hope for the best. Josh has assisted me in finding, rehabbing and selling properties for almost ten years. I knew I couldn't afford the home I wanted move-in ready. Josh showed me homes with the potential to rehab them into exactly what I was looking for. He has a great skill for seeing the potential in homes that's many people wouldn't dare step inside. In 2011, Mr. Mente helped me sell my "starter home" - a condo - at the tail end of what has become known as a "bad market". His attention to detail and professional demeanor were instrumental in bringing about an anxiety-free settlement. In the near future, I will be looking for a retirement home and will certainly turn to Josh again.
