Josh was great. He helped us find a starter home in our desired neighborhood and price range. He was courteous and professional during every interaction. He was always very responsive and answered all of our questions. Josh calmed our fears and helped us make the best choices for our family. We had our home listed with Josh. We chose him over others based on his team approach, Internet advertising expertise and previous sales record. The marketing was outstanding beginning with the pictures which were excellent. We went thru three separate contracts to finally get to the closing. While the process was stressful, Josh's team continued to market creating regular traffic. I would recommend the Core Team to anyone seeking professional representation in selling their home.
