I worked directly with Shalynn Mills. When I contacted Shaylnn, I was having trouble getting pre approved for a loan. She not only connected me with a lender willing to approve me, she was also very knowledgable on various grants, the home buying process, and assisted me swiftly. As a first time buyer, I truly appreciated her being patient with me, and making sure that I understood and was comfortable with every step of the way. I highly recommend Shaylnn!

I worked with Dale Bock when I was looking for my new home. She took the time to listen to me and help find a house that was perfect for me. She showed me houses in a neighborhood that I was looking at, and recommended another neighborhood that was a far better house for me. I couldn't be happier with the service she provide.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Core Baltimore. I worked with Melinda Mente and she was so pleasant to work with. She makes you feel not like a client but a friend and you instantly feel she has your best interest in mind. She fights for you and makes sure you get what you want. Melinda was so sweet and understanding of my family's needs. She really knows her way around properties n has a incredible knowledge of what goes into purchasing a house. Also had amazing decor ideas. Will be staying in touch with her over the years for we are so thankful to have had her help us.

I would recommend Lou in a heartbeat. He and his team were very helpful in preparing my home for sale. At the time of a declining market we had multiple offers. I wouldn't hesitate to call on Lou again if I were to buy or sell.
