I have worked with Josh Mente and his staff for many years. I have never been disappointed in his diligence, expertise and knowledge about current market conditions, neighborhood statistics and ability to sell a home in a timely manner. He understands the REO process and treats all listings like they are his own homes. He has helped me sell some very difficult homes that other agents couldn’t move. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced, professional real estate agent.

Josh has ben really helpful with me in real estate tranactions. He helped my daughter find a house and also helped rehab the whole place with givi-ing advise and finding her the proper contractor. I have worked with Josh and some rehab projects and they have all been very succesful. He has taken the lead on them and have turned out how he projected.

Buying and selling your house can be a stressful and complicated process. When we look for professional help to so our home and buy a new home we were looking for an individual who treated us as If we were part of their family. Lou and his team are all that you want in a realtor as they are diligent, professional and great at what they do. They made our experience both selling our home (in 2 weeks) buying a new home very enjoyable. You will be impressed from the beginning to the end of the process.

Josh listened to exactly what we wanted and worked hard to find us a house. He is extraordinarily knowledgeable about Baltimore and was able to give us great information about the neighborhoods we were searching. We started with another realtor who was completely unresponsive and frankly lazy, but within two weeks of working with Josh found what we were looking for. I highly recommend him.
