I've been able to sell three homes with Lou, and his representation through the entire process was superb. Lou and his team were great to work with to both purchase our new home and sell our existing house. His expertise was invaluable throughout the process. There was a lot of back and forth negotiation with the seller. Evenings, weekends, vacations and holidays . . . it didn't matter - Lou was always there to help us. Thank you Lou!!

Josh helped us find a new home by continuing to make recommendations, putting us on weekly mailings and being at our beck and call when we wanted to see a particular property. He also sold our existing home by properly pricing it at the top of the market with comparable listings and we were able to have an offer in one day and a contract in 4 .
