Nice apartments Updated apartments are nice. Craftsmanship and materials can be low quality. Apartment was very dirty upon moving in which was inconvenient. Appliances are new except for the washer and dryer. Dryers take about 2 hours to dry. Lots of neighbors do not clean up after their dogs so grass areas are covered in poop. It’s difficult to maneuver around it when taking your own dog out.

Lack of parking.... (Verified Renter) Lack of parking. Family and friends can't visit since they can never find a space. One neighbor uses garage for storage plus 3 vehicles for 2 adults. Another single has 2 cars 1 of which has been in a parking space since she moved in 10 months ago.
My neighbors are... (Verified Renter) My neighbors are amazing, maintenance people work hard to resolve issues. I love it here!
The biggest down-side... (Verified Renter) The biggest down-side is the cost of living in this general area, then add-on the mandatory costs of valet trash, water, sewer, community gas & electric. Once upon a time ago these things were normally included in rent. The concept of Valet Trash lets people leave their bags of trash laying around in the walk-ways for someone to clean up after them, leaking on and staining the ground.
The only downside... (Verified Renter) The only downside is the flight path, which is a big one. I can't recommend it for that reason alone. Some days it's just one plane after another after another. And there is no curfew, so they can wake you up in the middle of the night.

I feel safe... (Verified Renter) I feel safe in this community and love the location. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. I absolutely love our Breckinridge unit and patio. Love calling the meadows home.
