I was very happy with the service provided by Medicare Coach. They really helped me through the daunting task of finding the best Medicare policies to meet my specific needs. My coach was Shari, and we had a pair of calls, with the first call being a general get to know you call. Following this call I put together some information on my health, financial ability, medications and lifestyle in preparation for my second call with Shari, which was much more in depth. The Medicare Coach service was very helpful in wading through all the communications from various sources and talking through my health history to make the best decision for the future. I am signed up with Original Medicare, a Medigap plan, and a prescription drug plan now and feeling comfortable with my decisions!

The Medicare Coach I was assigned to was absolutely wonderful. After being inundated with confusing TV ads and countless mailings, I signed up to watched their informative video online. I did choose sign up for the year-long service plan with The Medicare Coach to start my leap into Medicare now that I'm turning 65 soon; hoping the cost was worth it. IT WAS WORTH IT!! Medicare Coach provided some sound advice when you are being swamped by mailings of companies who are trying to make money and take yours. The independent advice is well organized and hopefully profitable over the long term.

The free webinar is chock full of useful information, boiled down in a clear and understandable way. The Medicare Coach package, including the Social Security Navigator, was well worth the investment. The staff is responsive and takes initiative to follow-up to check on status of things. Terrific service! All my adult life medical insurance has been provided by mg employers. Medicare Coach helped me make that leap to Medicare. They helped reduce the stress and helped me in the decisions that had to be made.
Great information that was very helpful in making my decision. I did not opt for the full-service package but found their other free or lower-cost options to be valuable resources to guide me through the process. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable and caring.
This was money well spent. The video presentation was good, but working with my coach (Shari *****) was a great experience. She has been extremely good at helping me evaluate various options and deciding what works best for me.
