I was very pleased and happy with the insight and assistance provided by the Medicare Coach team. They provided great perspective to wade through the complexities of getting started on Medicare and the related programs for Supplemental & Plan D prescription coverage in addition to the Plan A & B coverages. I was amazed how much was involved with getting set up correctly from the git go, thought it would be very straightforward and learned it was not. Very comfortable interactions with my personal coach as well as through the... read more

Jeff, we are very happy to hear that our team was able to help you and that we helped you feel confident in your Medicare decision. We appreciate your wonderful feedback on your experience. Thank you for the review and recommendation!
Paid a lot of money and got an auto generated report (based on my profile). Didn't help at all. Just a "sorry, SOL I guess" Biggest waste of money. You can do just as much wasting of time on your own without a coach. Make sure if you don't like your 'coach' you do something about it. They get very busy so if they can ignore you, they will.
Business response:
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Our goal is always to provide high-quality, personalized support, and we regret that you felt otherwise. We want to clarify that our reports are not auto-generated; they require extensive research and careful analysis based on each client’s unique situation and overall Medicare needs. Our coaches invest significant time to ensure that every report delivers meaningful insights and actionable recommendations. ... read more
Last year they chose a part D plan that cost me much more than the medical plan I had the year before. My Co-Pays wer thousands of dollars more. Now I called for my review and I was told they emailed me (which I never received) and they told me I missed the date for them to review me. I am heart broken. I thought I had till December 7th. I feel abandoned after spending a lot of money to get their help. Please beware.
Business response:
Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, we couldn’t assist with your review this year as our enrollment opened in August and was full by mid-November when you reached out. The initial services you signed up for were fully fulfilled, and the annual Medicare review was an optional extra service. Additionally, we also strive to maintain a respectful and positive environment. When interactions include vulgar language or disrespect, it indicates that our company may not be the best fit.
Save yourself a lot of money and make an appointment with your local CMS branch to learn about Medicare and your options. They are well-informed and don't charge a fee. I'm sorry I didn't do this. We were in the midst of a pandemic and I didn't want to risk exposure. I decided to pay for the program with The Medicare Coach, which was online, informative and at the time, I felt it was money well spent to make such important decisions. The problem came when the agent they were using did not follow through with setting up my Me... read more

I joined a few years ago and am now getting ready to retire. I called 3 times before someone returned my call. An email was sent to me on 10/4, requesting information that was needed. I emailed them all the info requested that same day. I'm still waiting to hear from them - 11 days later. No one ever answers the phone and it takes an act of Congress to get a return call or email. I see nothing but 5-star reviews on this company. Sadly, my experience has been different.
Business response:
Hello Cynthia, thank you for contacting us! Customer satisfaction is our top priority. As we discussed last week, we were unable to move forward with your service due to some missing information. We received your email and saw that you mentioned you were away from your computer and would send in your remaining information the following week. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any frustration this may have caused. We are happy to have been able to connect and verify all remaining information and schedule you with y... read more
After months of much confusion, as I neared my 65th birthday, I reached out to Medicare Coach. I knew that I was only a few weeks away, but if they were unable to offer me the service that was advertised, they should not have taken my fee of a thousand dollars. I received one phone call and one comprehensive email that was not even based on my current needs. I was told that because of the time crunch, they did not have time for an intake call before presenting me with the plans they thought best for me. I requested additiona... read more

A valuable and responsive resource Pluses: Good organization to be able to ask questions about and get info concerning Medicare. I’ve used them for the past 3 years. The reports they provide summarize info I can get myself from the Medicare website. Medicare is very confusing and many of the rules and their consequence is neither obvious nor intuitive. Very helpful to have a real person to go over things with you. Areas for improvement: Their price point is a little high for the annual Part D review ($175). As I said, the ge... read more

Hi William, I reached out to you via email to advise that our back-end showed that your email server was blocking our emails. I also attached the free e-book to that email. We stand by our commitment and our word and hope you still choose to attend our free webinar. Again, thank you for referring a friend to our webinar.
I watched this presentation with "Emily ". It was almost 2 hours long, at which point she's drops it on you. Her company Medicare Coach, will call your doctors and walk you through everything for just under a thousand bucks! The fact that they want money is never mentioned until the end of the presentation! I immediately disconnected . That's 2 hours I'll never get back. It's bad enough that we're getting ripped off by the Health and pharmaceutical companies. But this was really underhanded and dishonest. Otherwise, they wou... read more
