Despite 40+ years working as a nurse, I was overwhelmed and confused by all the conflicting information out there regarding signing up for medicare. The Medicare Coach offers a very informative education into getting ready and signing up for Medicare when you turn 65. Being inundated with mail, email, and television adds Medicare Advantage plans, it is comforting to find a business that helped me understand the differences in these plans and Medicare offerings. Medicare Coach made it simple for me to get enrolled in the correct Medicare plan for me. I've fortunately always had group health insurance through my employers and was not looking forward to doing the research myself or perhaps second-guessing my decision later. I was very happy with the service provided by Medicare Coach. They really helped me through the daunting task of finding the best Medicare policies to meet my specific needs. My coach was Shari, and we had a pair of calls, with the first call being a general get to know you call. Following this call I put together some information on my health, financial ability, medications and lifestyle in preparation for my second call with Shari, which was much more in depth. The Medicare Coach I was assigned to was absolutely wonderful. After being inundated with confusing TV ads and countless mailings, I signed up to watched their informative video online. I did choose sign up for the year-long service plan with The Medicare Coach to start my leap into Medicare now that I'm turning 65 soon; hoping the cost was worth it. IT WAS WORTH IT!!
