Terrific service! All my adult life medical insurance has been provided by mg employers. Medicare Coach helped me make that leap to Medicare. They helped reduce the stress and helped me in the decisions that had to be made.

Great information that was very helpful in making my decision. I did not opt for the full-service package but found their other free or lower-cost options to be valuable resources to guide me through the process. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable and caring.

This was money well spent. The video presentation was good, but working with my coach (Shari *****) was a great experience. She has been extremely good at helping me evaluate various options and deciding what works best for me.

I was hesitant at first to pay the large fee to hire Medicare Coach, but I was curious whether the retiree medical coverage offered by my previous employer was a good deal or not. Medicare Coach had already convinced me in their free seminar that the Medicare Advantage plans were not as good a deal as all the advertisements lead you to believe. After a couple days of agonizing whether to spend hundreds of dollars on advice, I decided to take the plunge. And I'm glad I did. They analyzed my employer retiree plan and compared ... read more

Outstanding. Money well spent. Responsive and personable. They've done this before so their PowerPoint presentation contains every option tailored for you. I'm a retired physician and never understood Medicare until now and they break it down very logically.

Medicare has a scary connotation, and it should! Lots of information, too many companies vying for your dollars and really not much time to prepare to sign up. It's a government thing. Enter "The Medicare Coach"-their informative video gave me perspective and allowed me to freely think about options without the "hard sell". I signed up and was assigned a great coach (Calvin) who gave me a short online interview & subsequent phone chat. I'm now signed up for all my "Parts" and feeling relieved.......Money well spent!!!

I had an excellent experience with The Medicare Coach. My coach, Greg, was knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. He really listened and asked questions to better understand my needs. He helped me sort through the myriad options and I'm far more confident about my decisions. The support offered was above and beyond- even connecting me with an agent (at my request) who assisted me with signing up for my Plan G supplement. I highly recommend The Medicare Coach. It was money well spent!

I contacted them prior to turning 65 as I had heard through people that I had to join Medicare when turning 65 which I learned is not true as long as your employer has a qualified health plan. Once I decide to retire they worked with me to get my accounts setup and choices made. They explained the steps and made the process enjoyable (if that's really possible). They looked for the best pharmacy plan for my drugs and I am now happily setup.
