Get directionsMy husband took our elderly beloved dog in because she fell in the pool for about 3 minutes and aspirated pool water. She was in very bad shape, listless and shallow, rapid breathing. They put her in "ICU" and told my husband that would be about $3000. He got her there about 5pm. The only thing they did was monitor vital signs. My husband is not medical and I could not be there because I had to go to work. But I called and found out they were doing absolutely nothing for her. I suggested all the things we might do fo... read more
Beware, beware! Depends on the vet you get. We've had some great vets for some of our other visits, but the one we had last (Dr. Jose Lopez) misdiagnosed our dog and then recommended we euthanize him if we weren't going to take his neurology specialist referral that he estimated came with a $10k price tag. ($10k seems to be the magic number with these people. That was a previous estimate for a surgery for another dog we brought in, too. That price appears regularly in these reviews. I'm not sure if that's a price they use to... read more
This place at one time was wonderful. Since opening the new building, my experience hasn't been the same. I had a 20 year old fur baby that was half blind and starting to have cognitive problems( dementia). I could tell her quality of life was declining and it was time to let her go and not suffer. I called after hours and brought her in. They left her alone on a heating pad and I could hear hear howling and scream, because she experiences confusion. I located a tech and asked them to please bring her in the room with me,... read more
So let's not even focus on the insane prices they charge(3 or 4 timers higher than normal). I took my dog in for small intestinal surgery to remove a blockage, they claim the only thing u can do is surgery (which is not true because an actual vet explained to me how u can give a strong laxative and flush the intestines). Then a week and a half after surgery I notice my dog is growing an infection that is growing a lump near the stitches and it was even leaking puss on the floor...I take him back to the Parc after telling them... read more
Worst place to take your dog during an emergency. They will overcharge you and not even do what's needed. They made my dog get worse!
Imagine dropping $1,500 for a variety of services. One of those services requiring a bandage around a paw and then when that bandgae comes off around 24hrs later, you drive to the Parc, wait 30min for them to tell you that you have to pay a "Recheck & Bandage" fee for a total of $100... talk about a greedy establishment. I tried to reason and plee for a free bandage since it had been such an incredbily short time to no avail. We have been going here for over 3 years & Dr. Anderson is great, but whatever vet tech I talked to ... read more
DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE! Even if it's an emergency!! If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely worst communication from any business ever! They are extremely expensive! The wait time is ridiculously long! And they have no sense of urgency! I waited 2 1/2 hours before they told me it'd be a drop off for my dog to get stitches. I was told I'd be called by the vet after the procedure and I was not, I had to call. Then the vet told me it was much worse than he anticipated (due to the fact that he didn't even look or ... read more
My dog ate some medication and this was the only emergency vet apparently anymore in FW... About 400 for induced vomiting and a few medicines. They wanted to keep her to watch for 48 hrs, quoted me 3800 dollars. I passed. It's a very nice facility, and they have a lot of employees. But I got the feeling like I was at a car lot...trying make a sale. I honestly do not think they're in the business of helping people and their pets. I think they are only there to make money. Which, I know that there are people that won't blink a... read more
It use to be a best clinic in the town, not anymore. Unfortunatelly in Fort Worth we have any another options for ER. Emergency waiting more than two hours... Front desk decide who go first who could wait...
