Get directionsMy dog ate some medication and this was the only emergency vet apparently anymore in FW... About 400 for induced vomiting and a few medicines. They wanted to keep her to watch for 48 hrs, quoted me 3800 dollars. I passed. It's a very nice facility, and they have a lot of employees. But I got the feeling like I was at a car lot...trying make a sale. I honestly do not think they're in the business of helping people and their pets. I think they are only there to make money. Which, I know that there are people that won't blink a... read more
It use to be a best clinic in the town, not anymore. Unfortunatelly in Fort Worth we have any another options for ER. Emergency waiting more than two hours... Front desk decide who go first who could wait...
if we could give a zero we would. At this time we can only rate customer service which is the worst I have ever seen. we have been sitting here for over 1 1/2 hours with no communication on when our dog who needs stitches will be seen. When we just asked receptionist we were scolded for asking. She refused to look up from her computer screen and spoke to us in a condescending manner and referred to me as "hon." We were dismissed and received excuses and told we could go somewhere else if we did not want to wait. All the wh... read more
Very unprofessional front desk staff. I took my dog in last night to this ER for pets and there is one vet working. He was in surgery which I respect, but I do not respect that the two women who were working the front were dismissive and beyond unhelpful. Their attitudes were clear that they don't want to be there. My dog had rectal bleeding while we were waiting and I asked for help. The two girls stood up and literally did nothing but stare. I ended up calling the Fort Worth Emergency clinic on Bryant Irvin and they were m... read more
I just visited the PARC for the first time and I will not be back. I was charged $7 for a biohazard fee, I'm assuming because my dog peed since he was nervous in the room even though I did my diligence and took him potty beforehand. I was charged a $10 clinical support fee - probably because they had three people try to help express his glands, even though they told me they couldn't do it (he wasn't aggressive just moving because he was nervous, I was watching the whole time) and then they charged me a whopping $82 for an an... read more
No sense of urgency out of any of the staff. Waited for two and a half hours and finally left. If they had emergencies I didn't see them come through the front door.
The Parc is an amazing place. The staff have always been so caring to both my dogs and myself. Apparently today the tech I spoke with is having a bad hair day. She was rude as if I inconvenienced her. Just when you think you have a good caring place. You find someone that needs a break from there work. So sorry for the inconvenience
Don't take your pets there . They only want all your money that's all they care about !! They don't care if your pet sick . no money ! They say just put them to sleep !!
This place has amazing vet techs and amazing front office workers. The vets themselves have bad bed side manner and do not spend enough time one on one. We brought in a puppy who while in the care of a trainer was neglected for weeks. He was fed less than half of what he is supposed to get. He had a shoulder injury that caused him to put all weight on one foot causing toe splay. The vet tech was immediately concerned when he was triaged and mentioned his weight. The vet tech in the room heard him cry when she touched his s... read more
