Get directionsI do not recommend this place. My dog got attacked by another dog. For ~$200 all they would do was give antibiotic shot. They did not clean the wound or offer any treatment other than a shot. I didn't know vet schools taught to send dogs home dirty and not cleaned up with no wound care. They ask how much you can spend then try to push their credit program to pay for the extra treatment that they offer. Then they charge $4 for a medical disposal fee and did not dispose anything. They are a focus factory rip off in nice... read more
Slowly learning this isn't the place for my animals! Number one, I've literally been calling for DAYS trying to get my dogs meds refilled, one that he takes for seizures. They FINALLY answered today and I mentioned that I had been calling for days and was there something wrong with the phone lines, mind you I said it politely, and she responds with "ummm I'm not sure we are open 24:7, but how can I help you?" Said it rude and dismissive. No sorry about that, NOTHING. The administration here sucks. Yeah the vets may be good b... read more
Permanently closed. Calls just ring and ring, website says they're open despite the stay-at-home order lifted a year ago, and building has no furniture or wall decorations when no one was there when I visited recently on a weekday in the middle of the day.
My husband and myself are reaching out to explain our current situation. It's a very frustrating and heartbreaking situation, that has left us both quite livid. We have 3 rescue dogs, the third being a puppy that is 4 months old. During her latest round of vaccines our vet prescribed us a flea medicine that we gave to her your day before yesterday. We come home to her yesterday, after work, to her having a seizure, followed by head tremors, barely able to hold herself up, and drooling a ton. She was very clearly having neuro... read more
The past few times we had to wait for a long time due to "emergencies". every time we received the same excuse. They seem to be under staffed and do not care about the customers time. One appointment took 3 hours for one shot and an evaluation. We will not be going back.
My dog was sick for a long time and I stayed with a doctor at the PARC that knew her medical history. I hate this place. Every single interaction I have with them, there is an issue. I have to follow up on every request, repeatedly. I get different answers from different employees. They don't communicate with my pharmacist or each other or me. The wait time to see a doctor is ridiculous. I cannot stress enough how truly incompetent the administrative aspect of this facility is. It's terrible. I started going to this doctor w... read more
I called your clinic tonight to inquire about having my 19 yr old mini dachshund euthanized because she was struggling and I knew it was time. I was quoted a price of $400. I had called one other emergency vet with a quote of $110. When I told the person answering the phone the price difference, she responded "okay" and hung up on me. I was in no way rude. I was crying and very upset over the my dog. I took her to the other emergency vet. They did an excellent job and treated me with incredibly kindness and professionalism. ... read more
I wish I could give zero stars. My year old dog, B, had to have abdominal surgery due to an obstruction in his intestine. I had gone to the PARC before and was pleased with the level of care B received. This time around, I experienced NO professionalism. A vet tech convinced us that a certain $ amount would cover the cost of care for surgery and advised us not to ask Care Credit for more than that amount. Throughout B's stay, we experienced poor communication from our vet in charge of his care. Instead of prepping him for ... read more
My husband and I took our schnauzer here Tuesday night. Don't go unless you have $600 you don't need or more. Our dog is 14 years old and was coughing and breathing heavy. They took x-rays but said they could not decide what the problem is and for $130 more could they send the x-ray to another vet for a second opinion. The second opinion also came back inconclusive. They wanted to keep our dog overnight for an additional $1000 for observation. I said no way it's a 14-year-old dog if it's her time it's her time. Needl... read more
