Get directionsGreat Veterinarian ER!!! Last night I brought my wiener dog in after he jumped off our couch and dislocated his shoulder. The receptionist was very nice and informative. We were taken back to a room within five minutes. The Veterinarian came into the room to speak with us promptly. She stated that his muscles most likely put his shoulder back into place. She stated that he had great range of motion while performing the exam directly in front of me. She stated that we could do a X-Ray to rule out any fractures. I discussed th... read more
This is one of the most amazing facilities for an emergency room for pets I have ever seen. The staff is extraordinary in terms of their empathy, knowledge, professionalism and urgency. I ended up losing a pet very close to me at this facility, and for such a stressful situation, I was comforted in terms of the compassion shown by the staff as well as the extremely high end nature of the care they provide. Both vets I engaged with engendered a deep sense of trust but because of their knowledge, but also their natural warm ca... read more
They took really good care of my dog after his surgery. The people were really nice, but the service was reeeaaaally slow. I called to check on my dog daily because I had to go out of town and he was still in post surgery. Took them a while to give me feed back, but they eventually did it.I will be taking my dog back, but I will call before hand to make sure everything moves some what faster. I would recommend them for boarding your pet, if you have to fly or go on vacation.
Vet/ER is open 24/7! Our puppy had bloody stools and we decided to go in on a Sunday morning. We called ahead and they were able to accommodate us right away. The facilities are beautiful and very clean. Our overall wait was short, we were in and out within an hour. Dr. Goldrick was great and didn't try to do too many tests since our puppy didn't have a fever and everything else seemed normal. They also do grooming and boarding, it's a one stop shop!
We brought my grand dog into see someone today as a walk-in because he was urinating blood. The technician, Kacy was so kind and patient with him. Dr. Nigliazzo examined him and recommended running a urinalysis and starting antibiotics first to see how he does. He said we could do radiographs, but that he would recommend being conservative. I loved that! He talked to us and explained the male urinary system and possible cause of the blood in the urine and helped us so much! Everyone was so kind and caring! LOVE THIS PLACE!!
Stopped by here in a worst case scenario, our eldest dog had passed away around midnight. The staff was so kind and attentive. They swept us out of sight of any other patients immediately to console us and give us privacy. It was just a really classy was to conduct a business. I am so thankful they were open!
Staff was very nice understand and helpful. Definitely coming back and recommending to everyone I know with pets. The Vet was super nice listened to our EVERY concern and didn't rush us in and out. I can tell she truly cared for the well-being of my cat. And the facility is super clean and beautiful.
I had to take my dog Claude to an emergency vet Friday morning (8/9/19) Claude had been acting weird for a day or two prior. Kept eating grass and spitting it up. Very lethargic, hardly ate anything on Wednesday, and ate nothing on Thursday. Seriously, he turned down all treats and special food. Friday I awoke to blood like jam on my living room rug. That's how I knew it was time for the doggie ER. I searched places near me and found The PARC (People. Animals. Revolutionary Care.) This place is amazing. They offered to hold ... read more
I have gone here since 2019, and have spent 14,491.56 since then. Never have I felt so disrespected. A completely empty ER, the Dr just standing around with his hands in his pockets for almost 40 minutes. Do they think we can't see what they're doing with all the transparent glass? Came in around 12am for an emergency visit, wasn't shown a room for the first 20 minutes till I brought it up twice, as I can physically see them just standing around. Dr then threatened to call the cops cause I took his picture when I asked what ... read more
