Scheduled our pet for a ct scan to get more information on a tumor our primary vet was concerned about. A staff member texted us, (not even called) that they did not have the proper equipment to scan the area and to go elsewhere. We live far and were already on the way, super inconvenient. Would make sure the staff scheduling you ensures they are able to do what you have been referred for.

What a joke Walked in today to find out they want at least $800 to neuter a kitten. Left and called animal control who gave me a number to a clinic that does $35 spay/neuter. Why does this business need $800 for a neuter?

I wouldn't recommend taking your pets here even if emergent. They are awfully quick to suggest all kinds of costly tests that provide no answers. Give tons of meds that make the problem go away temporarily only for your pet to get sick again and have to get MORE costly tests. We've been told for DAYS that the vet would call us with results and we keep calling back to find out they've left for the day and will call back - they don't! Go somewhere else if you want proper care and diagnosis!

BE CAREFUL! this place may look nice on the outside but customer service is at an all time low. they have declined to help many pets in a time of need and they have the audacity to even talk back at you when you have questions on their pricing and process. they over charge for all their services without any benefits. tone of voice is rude and unfriendly. 0/10 and recommend finding a better vet in the area.

Update to my last review. The diagnosis was determined that he has bladder cancer. Your establishment should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves.

It's super great sitting here for 3 hours with no help. 1 1/2hours in the waiting room, another 11/2 in the room and we're still counting. I understand them needing to take emergencies first and someone did come in after me with a bleeding dog. That makes sense to take care of that first. But 4 other people that came in after me have been seen and left and I'm still sitting in the room with my cat for over an hour. must be WHITE. If you're not WHITE, they don't see you right away. We came and we waited yes we had no appt. But as soon as other people walked in (white) with NO appt they get seen right as they get to desk. If you're not "WHITE" or have a "WHITE PEOPLE DOG" you're last in line.

This place is so overly priced and so unprofessional in they way they treat you. You can't get to a person like a manager ever. Do not take your fur Baby there if you care for them.

First off, the manager plus employees are the worst. They are not communicative at all and only care about business. I think I would say this is by far the worst experience I have ever had my entire life. I took my baby girl of 12 years to this ER after she passed away in our hallway. We panicked and instantly took her to the closest vet. We made it to the vet to double check if there was something we could do for her, but it was too late. She was gone.
