Do NOT send your pets here.. worst experience ever. Took the cat in for severe lethargy, slowed breathing, and pinpoint pupils. They did not once come check on my cat during the waiting period and second guessed the severity of what was going on. All employees seemed to be more interested in gossiping and hanging out than actually taking care of the animals. Took us an hour 30 before they could see the cat when the place was barley busy

I made an appointment here for my 14 year old cat. He ended up in the emergency room twice in May due to some travel related issues. He does not do well in the car so the decision to have him checked out and ensure he was on the mend was a significant one. They took his weight and temp with a thermometer that clearly needed replaced as it took a very long time. In decades of owning cats, I've never seen it take that long. Even the tech commented on it. After that, I continued to sit in the room until an hour after my ap... read more

Boarded our two dogs over memorial weekend. They made my dogs get the influenza shot to be boarded there. A shot that my 11yr old dog has never had. When I picked up dogs we get charged a vet visit and of course for the unnecessary shot. Paid $491.00 for a weekend stay from Friday evening to Sunday morning. My dogs have anxiety and they didn't properly give them calming powder that I put in the bag of dog food to be given to them. They just gave it back to me, but when we checked in it took over 30 min to check them in so I ... read more

Great facility with below average service. Environment felt very corporate and staff was disengaged. I decided to come in particularly because I noticed blood in my pet's urine, after a urinalysis, bloodwork and $400 dollars later....the vets didn't find anything wrong with my pet. Doctor charged for an exam but didn't even touch my dog at all (dog never even got on the exam table while the doctor was in the room). In addition to the normal exam they also charge a "clinical support fee" but there is no explanation as to what... read more

A somewhat frustrating trip to the vet. The open set up is aesthetically pleasing but if we can watch what you're doing then get off your ass and work. The doctor (white gym rat in his 40's) sat at a computer screen instead of assisting with our dog when the vet techs would bring her to him. After half an hour of watching them do nothing through the glass, i asked that the doctor be brought to me and at that point it seemed like they had more sense of urgency. If the place was busy i would have been more understanding, but t... read more

DONT take your per here. Dr Hotchkiss saw $$$ in his eyes when he built this huge obstruction after running a smaller more personal practice off Hulen. Staff showed no compassion after losing a pet here recently. A voicemail left about some money settlement started off with hearing this person laughing - an apparent joke from a co-worker and then no "I'm sorries for your loss ". When they tell you at the start of a treatment that an MRI will be ultimately needed to figure out what is going on, they don't tell they don't... read more

My 15 year old tabby was losing weight quickly and refusing to eat . I took him to the ER to see if it was something that was easily fixed. We came in at 6 pm and wasn't seen until 9. We also had to wait another hour for tests. I feel like I was deceived - lead to believe that my cat would bounce back . The vet said he "was in pretty good shape for his age". I got a bunch of medical jargon - maybe high liver and kidney function- but Overall good . 1087 dollars later I was sent home with antibiotics, anti nausea and a probiot... read more

Dr. Tennis is fantastic, the ER staff is not! Dr. Tennis and her nurse made me feel so at ease after the ER staff told me my cat (who ate a large amount of hair ties and puked them up) was going to need surgery and overcharged me for X-Rays (before they even did them) and made me feel like I was an idiot and bad cat mom for asking questions about price and overall what was going on and allowing this to happen. My cat has been hoarding leftover hair ties she finds, I found a stash under my bed I didn't even know about! Dr. ... read more

I preface this by saying I hate leaving bad reviews but this might save someone's animal. I have brought other pets to this hospital and they didn't have completely terrible experiences so I thought t would be fine to bring my cat here who had a minor case of ringworm. I never believed in a million years my young cat who had case of ringworm would die from malpractice. 2+ months ago I took my cat here and was prescribed anti fungal medication, the vet said just buy it generic over the counter. We did that everyday for 4 wee... read more
