Every time we come here for nail clipping we wait, and wait, and wait, and wait. It takes all of about 2 minutes yet for some reason they never just do it and get it over with. There is a big glass wall where you can watch a whole bunch of employees standing around in no hurry at all. This time I mentioned it to one of THREE girls at the desk and then - a few minutes later the groomer came out to let me know they had "a pet on the table" so things a were a little slow. After checking in to my appointment I waited 45 minutes just to be seen l. We were there just for a rabies vaccine but was told that she needed her third round of shots. Because I care about my dog I told them give her the third round. 372$ later I asked them about the side effects of the shots and they informed me there was none. For only two days my dog had diarrhea and refused to eat so I brought her to a VET emergency hospital when she collapsed and died on their table. I don't know about weekdays but I went there on Saturday morning first time and my 5 pound dog had shots. The vet (mr.M) choose the puncture her right under arm (most tender) and on right shoulder blade. She had a tear on her skin and was in such pain 3 days (there are better body parts to administer those shots)and she had bloody diarrhea after shots that I took her to another vet who said it is reaction to shots possibly (she never had a reaction before). I have been here twice. The first time I was charged an emergency fee during a walk in during normal business hours. I asked to give both my dogs immunization for the year. I was only given for one. The other one was given medication and they forgot to give her immunizations. Over price for what they did and charge $790.00. Second time visit, this time I said tell me all the charges before doing any type of exams. I called and they told me I don't need an appointment to walk in. I am a US Army Veteran. I confided with the manager Kristen about a personal issue and she ACTED like she was compassionate and understanding but it backfired on me. She no longer wants me as a customer because I complained and she said when people complain at her business they usually complain again and are "repeat complainers" and then she did not welcome me back to the business. Absolutely the worst vet experience. This vet does not care about animals at all. I witnessed a dog get hit by a car, brought her in. After waiting at least 20 mins in an emergency situation the first words out of the vets mouth were it will be $300 to X-ray her. Then something about $1200 if she has internal bleeding . They charged me $120 to say that. I understand they can't work for free but a dogs life was in danger and all he cared about was $. THIS PLACE DOESNT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!! MOST PITIFUL EXCUSE FOR A VET CLINIC EVER!!! I could go on for many paragraphs but I will save the details but they screwed EVERYTHING up from bloodwork which was supposed to be done that they didn't, referred me to an orthopedic surgeon who in the last 4 months had operated on the WRONG LEG of TWO DOGS!!!!
