We have never boarded our Pomeranian before, but had an emergency situation when our normal pet/house sitters were not available. I have never boarded a pet before, so was very nervous as was my Pomeranian, Remi. He stayed for 24 hours and was having a great time when we picked him up. The staff were wonderful in easing our anxiety before leaving him. We live in Texas and travel to the area to attend Chiefs home games. It was Remi's first time to accompany us. We had only had Pansy for 1 month when we had to leave town for a funeral. We were worried about her going back into a kennel situation. But she did very well and liked playing with the other dogs. She came home calmer and is right back into training. We will use the services again in the future.

This was the best solution I could have found for overnight stays last minute for my 87 lbs. Boxer who is not very social with other big dogs. Staff was loving kind and very educated. Duke was happy to see me, but we'll cared for during my 4 night vacation. We will be back. Love this company and Staff
