The Pet Ranch is where I tell all of my friends with pit bulls to take their dogs. Unlike other local boarding and daycare facilities, this one is not breed restrictive (for its own or municipal reasons). We took our to the Pet Ranch to board for a weekend. The facilities are very clean and the staff is friendly. I could tell right away that the staff loved dogs! They allowed us to bring our dogs favorite toys and blanket so that he would feel comfortable. The boarding arrangements were spacious and our 60lb dog was very comfortable. LOVE LOVE LOVE the Pet Ranch!!! I have been boarding my dog here as well as taking him to daycare for a couple years now. He can tell where we are headed once he gets in the car and he goes crazy for the Pet Ranch. He comes home from his day of play and is completely tuckered out. I cannot say enough about the staff here. I always feel safe leaving my dog here. The people that work here seem to truly love dogs and spend more time with them than at most other kennels. I am grateful that they let him mingle with other dogs, take him on multiple walks, and spoil him with treats. My dog always comes very happy after staying here, which was NOT the case when we left him at the vet's. This is a huge facility with plenty of room to roam for dogs of all sizes. I highly recommend it.

Good grooming and huge facilities- their prices are a little higher than some for boarding and grooming but staff is super friendly and our dogs seemed happy.

Our dog Mocha loves going to The Pet Ranch to play with other dogs. It's her favorite activity! We love it because she gets great exercise, it's convenient and the people are super friendly!!

The folks at Pet Ranch are amazing. They genuinely love animals and they always do a great job boarding our two Siberian Huskies! Unlike at a few other places we have boarded, our dogs are excited to see us when we return. This is one of the few places our dogs love to be dropped off too. You can find cheaper places to board your dogs, but in my opinion, it is money well spent to know our dogs are being loved and well cared for while we are gone!

I had a very disappointing experience with The Pet Ranch, largely due to poor communication and unprofessional management. I spoke directly with their GM, Blaine, and from the start, the conversation felt combative rather than solution-oriented. My main concern was the complete lack of communication around policy changes and updates regarding my pet. Instead of addressing this, Blaine dismissed it by saying it's "hard to communicate with over 10,000 people." That response alone was alarming. Sending a simple email or postin... read more
