Peter is an excellent realtor to work with. He made sure to call every realtor that brought a client to view our home to see if they were interested and might be making an offer. He is very knowledgeable with the market and always returned our calls or emails the same day. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know.

Peter and his team were very helpful in finding me the house I wanted. I had very specific requirements related to Indian vastu shastram, they helped me find the house that fits my requirement. He has good knowledge about area, inspection and house quality. He is very honest about the property, clearly tells us if the house is good for us or not. His assistant Lauren was also very helpful and quick in responding to questions. Overall it was a great experience working with Peter and his team.
Peter helped us look for homes for a very long time and was very patient with us. He recently helped us buy a for-sale-by-owner home. He was a great help in negotiating with the seller and also in patiently working with the lender ands seller when the lender had problems completing the loan for closing. Peter was always on top of the problem.
Highly recommend his professionalism and excellence on every aspect as my buyer agent. Peter and his team provided very diligent help throughout the whole process and we are greatly satisfied.
Peter is phenomenal ! He helped us buy a house and was very professional through out the process. We liked his attention to detail and his knowledge in almost everything related to a house, from pricing , to plumbing to flooring.... you name it he knows it! The best thing we liked about him is his honesty, always mentions the pros and cons and does not push you to close a deal. Intelligently witty and always willing to address your concerns.
