Peter did everything right. Sold in 24 hours, follow up was tremendous. His staff is very professional and bends over backwards to make the deal happen.
Peter did a great job selling my home. He assessed the market value in comparison to local homes for sale and provide an honest viewpoint of the value of my listing. He advertised Open House events and publicized the property. Through out the contract process he negotiated terms and even recommended contractors to complete any needed work.
