We visited this property on Sunday, however and met with Dee Driver who was inordinately rude and disinterested in assisting us with our search. Grand Theft Auto Today, I was contacted by the property manager of The Residences on McGinnis Ferry in Suwanee, Georgia. A property that is managed by, owned, and operated by Steadfast Management Company. The manager of the property tried to minimize its responsibility to its tenants by illustrating the crimes that have been taking place on surrounding properties in the area. Water Damage twice in a matter of months I am very displeased with the management/maintenance request to water damage in my apartment caused by the water heater and air conditioner system. We have been left with a large humidifier and huge blower running for three days and inadequate follow up. The water leaked both times in our minor child's room. Major Inconvenience to say the least!
Inoperable Security Gate allows Criminals to Roam Freely in this Complex 24/7 On the morning of May 14 2016, my nephew and his girlfriend who have just recently moved into this apartment complex were the victims of a theft and vehicle damage to their brand new Honda Accord at this complex. Criminals left their newly purchased vehicle resting on a Blue Rhino BBQ propane tank after they removed all 4 tires and made off with them in the late night hours.
