I Love Living Here! I have lived at this property for about 5 years and have loved every minute. It is a great location in Suwanee close to everything. We use the walking trails here in Suwanee a lot and also love the Suwanee Town Park. I have a child who attends the elementary school "Burnette Elementary" which is Awesome. The school is ranked really high, the teachers are great, the school activities are great, and they have tons of technology for the kids to use there. Beautiful home! We have lived in other apartments in this area and in other states, and I can say this one is by far the best! It doesn't feel like an apartment at all, it feels like a home. The layout works so well and feels much bigger than the square footage, there's a ton of storage and closets, the bathrooms and kitchen are much more functional than other apartments we've had and the office and maintenance staff actually do what they say they'll do. The staff is very friendly and, combined with the dedicated, on-site maintenance staff, promptly address any issues. Loved it here! This apartment was the best apartment I have ever lived in! So cute! Always felt safe! So many great restaurants around you. It really felt like you are at home.
DO NOT RENT HERE DO NOT RENT HERE. This complex switches utility billing providers without warning and racks up charges that they do not properly explain. They’ll send a vague “30-day notice” that sounds routine — but what they won’t tell you is that they’re moving to a shared billing system where your water/sewer bill depends on your neighbors’ usage, not your own.
