Overall, I love... (Verified Renter) Overall, I love the apartment, size, layout, location and the floor plan with garage access. I do not like the parking, bicycles and skateboards left in the streets at night nor the kids riding all over with no parental supervision. No one EVER stops at the stop sign and just last week, another resident screamed at 2 kids on power scooters flying around the corner and almost got hit by a car. We had a... (Verified Renter) We had a huge issue keeping "Silver Fish" bugs out of the apartment. I think they come through the drain. I had service techs come a few times for this issue but it didn't solve the issue. I saw about 2 Silver Fish per week.

The apartments are... (Verified Renter) The apartments are nice but for the space it?s expensive, especially when the rent increase when it?s time to renew the lease every year.
We get a... (Verified Renter) We get a good value of our money here. Quiet, safe and calm complex. However, cleaning is poor. Last time a I saw a fresh poop dog was on March 31, in front of my building entrance. It is still there.
The main problem... (Verified Renter) The main problem is that the floors are not padded or sound proof in any way. When sometime is just walking in the apartment above, it sounds like they are about to stomp through. If children are above you, forget it.

I would prefer... (Verified Renter) I would prefer an issue be fully fixed the first time and not spread out over time. Still haven’t gotten resolution on the window, which also explains why the office has been so cold during the really cold days.
I spoke with... (Verified Renter) I spoke with several staff members since July 2017 about a Direct TV dish that was installed in the wooded area outside my area. I was told this was against policy yet it has still not been removed as of this morning.
All other apartment... (Verified Renter) All other apartment communities that are renovating are replacing old cabinets and countertops. I dont even think this apartment was freshly painted before I moved in, which I did like. There was a "hairball" stuck in one of the master bathroom drains that I pulled out which was causing the sink to backup. That was totally gross and disgusting. Tells me that this apartment ws not properly cleaned prior to my move-in.
