Schools are good , Terese is so kind, fair and SMART !!!! i love Taylor as she really does get it right if you need help or such ... every one love Taylor... The rent seems... (Verified Renter) The rent seems overpriced, too many waterbugs and for the price it would seem like there would be a garage, upstairs balcony, weekly aerobics/yoga instructor (when I first moved here there was) or a community garden (other places offer this for fresh fruits and vegetables).

New gate barriers... (Verified Renter) New gate barriers are awful!!!! There is not a need to make it difficult to enter the property. Eliminate the new barriers. They are nothing but a nuisance.

it took a... (Verified Renter) it took a very long time to be able to view the apartment that i would move into. Also after we had agreed on an apartment and date we were called a week before move in and told our apartment would not be available causing unneeded us much stress! they were able to get the place ready on time afterall
